Outdoor Yoga with Laura

You are warmly invited to our mindfulness yoga class. This is the perfect opportunity to unwind and connect with nature in the tranquil surroundings of the Forest Farm Peace Garden.

Using movement and breath to develop flexibility and strength, the session aims to cultivate kindly awareness of the body, sensations, emotions and mental states.

Our yoga instructor Laura will guide you through this yoga practice.

No prior yoga experience is necessary and all levels are welcome to join. Please bring your own yoga mat (if you have one) and a blanket to cover yourself and wear comfortable clothing. If you don't have these use what you have at home, maybe a picnic blanket to lie on and some some towels.
