Join us in the garden

We offer volunteering for people experiencing low-level mental health recovery needs, such as depression, chronic stress, anxiety and isolation.

Do you feel like you'd benefit from being active outdoors in nature? Would you like to meet people and connect with your community? Would you like to learn new skills and get involved?

Forest Farm Peace Garden may be the perfect place for you. Our ecotherapy sessions run every Wednesday and Friday and are free to attend.

We offer a friendly and welcoming space to participate in a range of inspiring activities, such as gentle gardening, education workshops, cooking and arts/crafts. No experience of gardening is necessary. We enjoy a shared meal together at lunch-time so bring a packed lunch.

If you'd like to attend please ask your GP or a mental health service to complete a referral form. Information for referrers and the referral form can be found here.

If you'd like to find out more please contact one of our staff for an informal chat.
